The Energy Innovation Centre (EIC) has revealed the shortlist for this year’s much anticipated UK Energy Innovation Awards.
Now in its sixth year, the awards recognise the best technologies and innovations within the UK energy industry.
Abriox is thrilled to be shortlisted in two categories. We are finalists in the categories for “Best Gas Network Improvement” and “Best Innovation Contributing to Quality & Reliability of Gas or Electricity Supply” for our development of the OSPREY® Pressure Validator, proposed by our trial partner SGN.
Denise Massey, EIC’s Managing Director commented “the scope and quality of the shortlisted entries to this year’s awards reflects the shift in the industry towards new technologies, new business models and new ways of working.
The Best Smart Grid Innovation award has proven to be one of this year’s most popular categories, with the high number of entries being driven by mainstream adoption of this technology by the industry.”
The winners will be announced on the 28th April 2016 at an awards ceremony in Manchester hosted by comedian and actor, Hugh Dennis. To reserve your place visit the EIC website.
